Grading: chest increases 4cm per size, body length and sleeve length increase 2cm per size.

Chest — lay the tee flat, measure underarm seam to underarm seam, then double it.
Body length — from the highest point of the shoulder seam straight down to the hem.
Sleeve length — from the shoulder seam to the edge of the cuff.
